The current scope of this project involves the data transfer for the Consignment booking data from Ericsson TMS and the status and invoicing information from TVSSCS to Ericsson. This proposal is for data transfer project between TVSSCS and Ericssson using AS2 protocol in the EDIFACT format

Process:

The process of configuring the AS2 connection between Ericsson and TVSSCS:

WHAT IS API INTEGRATION?

This proposal is for Courier Vendor API Integration for the Bluedart, DTDC, ST, Professional, Safeexpress, TCI, Tej, CWB validations and Label changes Input Details from Vendor:

  • List of APIs (Order Booking/Status Tracking/POD)
  • Input Parameter Type for individual APIs (JSON/XML/Parameter)
  • Delivery Pin code master
  • Origin Hub code for the location master.
  • API to be called or Webhook
  • POD API link
  • IP Whitelisting

  • Multi Invoice for single AWB
  • Dimensions of the Pack

Service To Billing

Current scope of this project

The current scope of this project involves invoicing for the Transactions Input from Transport systems for multiple customers through different template with different formulas which needs to be migrated to Service to Billing for the automation.

Service types

The Service types in trace which are considered for the transport pricing are Pudo, Nextday, Nightboot, Replen and Returns. The Source system will have hundreds of transactions daily for different service types which need to be invoiced to the customers. This proposal is for TVS IFM billing in Service to Billing.

Current scope of this enhancement project

The current scope of this enhancement project involves invoicing for the Transactions Input from Different Source systems like TRACE, CMS, MANUAL. The S2B model is changed from Service Type based invoicing to Source systembased Invoicing in this enhancement.

What is Security Management and Risk Tracking (SMART) development?

The scope of the project is the new application Security Management And Risk Tracking (SMART) development In Security and Loss Prevention module. This application will be used to capture the Guard Force Information, CCTV Information, Fire Extinguisher information, ticketing, tracking of issues and requests and follow-up of the issues and requests, approval for billing of guard force, Performance of guard force, Stock Auditing etc.
