This policy explains how Bits Intelligent Sorter handles information associated with this website and enquiries about sorting machines, grading machines and conveyors. It covers the website; external services have their own privacy policies.

When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, company, contact details, location, commodity, machine requirements and specifications. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
3. Website and service information
Our hosting provider may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times to operate the website and investigate problems. The website loads fonts and software libraries from external providers, and its Contact page embeds Google Maps. These providers receive information required to deliver their services. Opening a WhatsApp, social-media or video link is also subject to that provider’s practices.
4. How enquiry information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, recommend suitable equipment, prepare quotations and arrange requested follow-up. If an enquiry leads to a purchase or service engagement, relevant information may also be needed to process that engagement. The website enquiry chatbot sends the details you choose to submit through FormSubmit for email delivery. A secure hosted submission page is available if in-page sending is unavailable. Your draft and chat open/closed state are kept in this browser tab’s session storage so you can move between pages. Only drafts active within the last 30 minutes are resumed; an older stored draft is replaced when you return to the assistant. Submitted contact details are removed from that draft after a confirmed submission; starting a new enquiry clears the previous draft. Closing the tab also clears session storage. You may instead contact us directly by telephone, WhatsApp or email. A confirmation shown by a form is not a purchase confirmation.
